Change - Return
If you want to return a product, you have the right to do so within fifteen (15) working days from the date of receipt, in its original packaging and in perfect condition.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
The product must be returned with all accompanying documents (Retail Receipt, Invoice or Shipping Note)

Money return
You have the right of withdrawal (refund) within fifteen (15) working days from the date of receipt.

The refund will be completed within thirty (30) days from the date we receive the product.
The refund will be made using the same payment method as the order.

Back to our physical store
It is also possible to change or return products in the store if you have access to it.
In this case, you can personally return the product to the physical store and hand it over to the store staff, having previously contacted the store manager.
Products that have been damaged or used cannot be refunded or exchanged.
The right of return - exchange and refund does not exist for products that have been produced or adapted to your own special needs.
Return Policy - Defective products
In the event that a product you received is defective, contact the Customer Service Department at 2897021971 or send us an e-mail at info@bestbuy4u.gr with details of the product and its defect.
You must return the product to our address listed above, charged in accordance with the Shipping Costs Guide.
We will carefully examine the product and notify you of your right to a replacement or refund (if you have one).
For products returned by you due to a defect, if any, we will refund all of your money, including the amount you were charged for returning the product to us.
None of the above terms are contrary to your statutory rights.
