bestbuy4u.gr reserves the right as it chooses at its free judgment and discretion the Products it will make available for sale, and may from time to time withdraw or renew them freely and without the obligation of warning, your consent and/or simple information. This also applies to any offers, discounts and any pricing policies followed from time to time, as such determination is at our sole discretion. All Products are available for personal use only and not for commercial use, such as resale.
Availability of Products
All products displayed on the site are offered for sale provided that they are still available at the time of your order. In the event that a product is no longer available or cannot be produced/supplied, we reserve the right to provide you with information on a substitute product of equal and superior quality and value that you may purchase. If you do not wish to purchase another product, we will refund the amount you may have been charged.
Prices and Method of Payment
The prices of the products are those listed on the website, except in cases of obvious error. Although we try to ensure that the product prices on the website are correct, errors may occur. In the event that we discover an incorrect price for any of the products you have ordered, we will notify you as soon as possible and give you the option to reconfirm the order with the correct price or cancel it. Prices on the website include 24% VAT. Prices do not include shipping costs, which will be added to your order total in accordance with the Shipping Costs Guide.

For the required security of your payment, payments are made through the Eurobank website.
Your credit card is subject to authorization and validity checks by the card issuer. In the event that your issuer is unable to authorize payment to us, we shall have no liability for any delay or failure to deliver and may be unable to enter into a contract with you.
Product Shipments
The products can be sent to you anywhere within the Greek territory. The products can be sent to you in the ways described in "Delivery". We make every effort to fulfill the order for the products by the delivery date set out in the Order Confirmation or, if the delivery date is not precisely specified, as soon as possible.
Reasons for a delivery delay may be:

Refusal to execute an order

Failure to Deliver
If we are unable to deliver to you, the products will be returned to us or to partner product storage and transport companies. Ownership - Risk

Right of Withdrawal

However, wanting to cover our customers even more, we offer the possibility of returning the products. If you have purchased a product through our online store or over the phone, you have the legal right to cancel within fifteen (15) working days and receive a full refund by returning the product or products in their original condition. . This right does not exist for products that have been produced or adapted to your own particular needs.

You can then return the product in one of the ways described in the Returns Policy (see below in the article "Returns Policy"). In the event of a product return, your refund will be completed within thirty (30) days from the date we receive the products. In this case, you are only charged for the shipping costs of returning the products.
Please note that you must take care of the products you wish to return in accordance with your right of withdrawal while they are in your possession so that they are in their original (factory) condition. Products must be returned to us in a salable condition, therefore returns are only accepted if the products you wish to return are in the same condition as you received them, i.e. unsealed or tampered with them, together with the documents, the retail receipt and the packaging that came with the product. In the event that a returned product does not meet the aforementioned conditions, it will be returned to the sender at the sender's expense.

Returns Policy
General policy:

Please return the product back to us, at your own risk, as soon as possible, to the address (GIORGOS VRETOUDAKIS EL. VENIZELOU 72 & 78 LIMANI HERSONISOU ). The cost of returning the products to us in this way is borne by the customer.

Exchange or return of products at the GIORGOS BRETOUDAKIS store .: The general returns policy described above can be modified as follows in case you have access to the GIORGOS BRETOUDAKIS store. We will fully examine the product you have returned and advise you of your right to a refund, if any. Your refund will be processed as soon as possible (in any case no later than 30 days from the day you notified us to return the products). Products that have been damaged, or are not in the same condition as when you received them, or have been used will not be refunded.

Return Policy - Defective products

We will carefully examine the product and notify you of your right to a replacement or refund (if you have one) within a reasonable time. We will process the refund or replacement of the product as soon as possible and in any case no later than 30 days from the day we send you the e-mail confirming your right to a replacement or refund.
For products returned by you due to a defect, if any, we will refund all of your money, including the amount you were charged for returning the product to us.
None of the above terms are contrary to your statutory rights.
